Mail Print & Post
During the Coronavirus pandemic Zip Mail has set up a Print&Post service for people working from home who need to print and send postal items. Simply email sales@zip-mail.co.uk
with your PDF or Word document that needs to be posted. Zip Mail will print, fold, envelope and deliver your document in complete confidence.
There is an initial daily fee of £13.10 +VAT when you use our Print&Post service and then black-and-white prints are 12p per side printed, colour prints are 55p per side and 16p per envelope supplied, inserted, sealed, franked and dispatched (including any folding and stapling). Postage is charged at our current Zip Mail prices depending on envelope size and weight.

Mail for printing and posting should be sent as an attachment to sales@zip-mail.co.uk. It can be print-ready in PDF or Word format, or we can accept a master letter in MS Word with your address list in Excel or similar spreadsheet format to be merged as personalised letters.
